By contacting Events 4 You S.A. ("Events 4 You", "we") through our communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, website, email or any other medium), or by hiring our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Events 4 You is a Costa Rican company dedicated to furniture and equipment rental, as well as providing services for the organization and logistics of social and corporate events.
Events 4 You uses an AI-based virtual assistant, called EventIA, to handle initial inquiries, provide information about services and pricing, and collect the information needed to generate quotes. Quotes generated through this channel are informational and subject to confirmation and availability by our human team.
Prices provided by EventIA or by our team are estimates based on the information provided by the client and may vary depending on final availability, event date, location and other logistical factors. Every quote must be formally confirmed by an Events 4 You representative before it is considered binding.
Furniture or service bookings are confirmed through payment of a deposit or the agreed amount, as communicated at the time of hire. Specific payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated directly to the client during the hiring process.
By messaging us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you accept that your messages may initially be processed by our virtual assistant EventIA, in order to provide you a prompt response. You may request to speak with a member of our team at any time.
The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Events 4 You is committed to providing its services with the utmost diligence. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, financial losses, or inconveniences arising from force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, or factors beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather conditions, third-party vendor failures, among others).
Events 4 You reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this same page.
